Financial Analysis Subcommittee

Goals
The goals of the Financial Analysis Subcommittee are:

To review all projects under discussion by the other three subcommittees:

Connectivity
-
Cultural Arts & Tourism
-
Parks & Recreation
-

To consider each project’s feasibility, construction costs, operational costs, maintenance costs, and other similar costs.

To make recommendations to the Advisory Council, Mayor, and City Council.
The Financial Analysis Subcommittee is made up of seven members who meet as needed to review the progress of ongoing projects and to make recommendations. Each Elevate subcommittee provides two representatives and the City Council President serves ex-officio to ensure coordination and communication with the City Council.
